The baguette is heated until crisp, while the fillings are either freshly cooked to order or carefully reheated and finished after preparation — rather than simply assembled from ingredients left ready to serve.

From grilled meats and traditional Vietnamese flavors to tuna, vegetables, and our house-made sauces, every banh mi is carefully prepared to bring out the best flavor and texture.

With around 30 banh mi choices, including meat, fish, and vegetarian options, there is always something new to discover. Whether you prefer something rich and savory, light and fresh, or completely vegetarian, you can find a banh mi that suits your taste.
